QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of Any 4 years or Business-related courseComputer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be creative, reliable, and have attention to detail.Effective communication skills (verbal and written)Have 1-2 years work experience Good in Public Speaking Willing to start immediatelyRESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitation: Conduct necessary training for the improvement of the sales force.Facilitates company-sponsored activities to reach our target market further such as roadshows per area, special events based on tourism's calendar of activities, etc. Conductscompany presentations to brand partners and company accounts. Hosts and facilitatescompany events and seminars, if necessary. - Coordination: Coordinates all activities between the company and all accreditedsellers. Responsible for the Sales Lounges (From profiling, and coordination, to interior).Coordinates with the other divisions all issues and concerns from the sales team andprovide update to sellers. - Analysis and Monitoring: Analyzes and recommends strategic placement of OOHads to the marketing team. Checks and collates all reports of the Trade and MarketingOfficer per area. Regularly attends the Business Meetings and ensures all concerns areaddressed timely and accordingly with the respective Sales Supervisor/s. - Reports: Platform Audit Report. Balance scorecard. Presentation files needed by InHouse Sales & Brokers. Collateral Request Forms. Trade marketing Memoranda.SALARY RANGE: 18k – 20kBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOSCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)WORK LOCATION: Angeles, Pampanga (Main Office)
