What We Offer The Trade and Marketing Manager will join a world-class team, taking on responsibilities for Commercial Planning and steering business direction through market data analysis. This role also offers exposure to corporate branding and marketing, contributing to enhancing the brand's market engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Trade (Commercial Planning)
Forecasts the capacity required to meet commercial demands
Able to build and work with data – eg total market capacity, market share, competitors' activities
Sets sales' direction, providing guidance on which customers/segment to tap given seasonality
Handles vessel contingencies
Handles customer advisories
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision and guidance
Marketing
Requires good understanding of marketing
With basic project management experience
Manages corporate branding
Able to build social media presence including content planning, creation, execution
Social media community management (monitor comments, messages, sentiment)
Review MCCP corporate materials (eg corporate deck maintenance, MCCP landing page maintenance/updating)
Branding news eg. Corp deck, corporate one pagers, company brochure, tshirts, posters, press and media comms, etc when needed.
We are looking for: Seasoned candidates with experience in Trade Management/Commercial Planning
Possess good analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Pivot etc
Proficient in written and spoken English to manage customers
Good Project Management skills
Experience with creative marketing projects will be advantageous
Possesses self-starter qualities, independence and agility
