Track Trainee Onboarding Speacialist

1. Conduct client onboarding 2. Maintain client satisfaction and VA engagement by building and establishing client - VA smooth working relationship3. Cater to work related concerns of both clients and VAs4. Monitor VA performance and attendance5. Administer assessments, coaching logs, and training sessions.6. Prepare incident reports for infractions committed by VAs7. Recommend modifications to or creation of new process and procedures that are more effective and efficient.
