Job Description:

"•Coordinate with agents re pick-up activity such as shipper, address and other pertinent shipping instruction and ensure agent's timely pick-up prior closing time

•Coordinate with agents for any supplies requirements

•Communicate with shipper/consignee re shipping matter

•Monitor delivery shipments and follow up as per FDX request

•Preparation of OR and AR receipt

•Receives Proof of Delivery (POD) confirmation and update EOPS system as provided by agents"

Job Qualifications:

"•Graduate of any four (4) year course

•With a minimum of one (1) year experience working as customer support

•Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)"
