Trace Representative

**_JOB SUMMARY_**

The CS/Trace Agent is responsible for notification of DT, ensuring all inbound and outbound cargoes are monitored timely compliance with FEDEX KPI's.
**_STATEMENT OF DUTIES_**
- Coordinate with agents re pick-up activity such as shipper, address and other pertinent shipping instruction and ensure agent's timely pick-up prior closing time.
- Coordinate with agents for any supplies requirements.
- Coordinate with FDX CS re pick-up or special handling instructions.
- Preparation of OR and AR receipt.
- Monitor delivery shipments and follow up as per FDX request.
- Coordinate with agents/operations/pre-alert re POD/status of cargo.
- Regular update on CMOD regarding cargo status.
- Communicate with shipper/consignee re shipping matter.
- Assist FDX trace investigation for DEX or non-service performance.
- Follow up XSOA agents for POD, DEX, PUX updates/reports before 5pm
- Receives POD confirmation and update EOPS system as provided by agents.
- Validates listing of NON-POD shipments and ensure that there is no POD scan gap.
- Monitors XSOA agent's timely submission of POD report
- Call on XSOA agents to ensure that cargo is retrieved and check on any irregularity upon acceptance of the cargo.
- Monitor cargo f it was loaded based on CLH scheduled departure/arrival.
- Coordinate and inform OPS supervisor re pre-alert notification received from XSOA agents
- Perform other tasks as may advised by immediate superior provided personnel

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tagalog (preferred)
- English (preferred)
