Tqm Supervisor

Location: Onsite | Makati
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for an experienced TQM Supervisor with a strong background in Business Process Management and QMS documentation to join our team.
This leadership role will focus on identifying process improvement areas, creating effective SOPs, and presenting complex business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and map current processes, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
Conduct process capability studies to prioritize improvement initiatives.
Develop SOPs and training materials to define newly executed vision.
Recommend and implement process improvements aligned with corporate priorities.
Prepare and present executive-level presentations with clear solutions to business problems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with solid experience in Project Management.
Familiarity with Incident Reporting/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL, V3, TQM, ISO9000.
Proficient in Excel and other MS Suite tools; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
