To accompany this fast development, we are looking for a Total Rewards Leader to create, execute and manage Decathlon's strategy for teammate's compensation, benefits, recognition, and perks. The main objective of the role is to ensure that Decathlon's offers are competitive and aligned with the company's intention to attract and retain the best talents.Your role and responsibilitiesDefine and adapt compensation and benefits policies, processes and its associated contents and tools (includes design of salary structure, health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiative, etc)Develop and implement rewards and recognition programs that highlight the company's values and drive teammate's performance. This includes celebration of milestones, achievements and exceptional performances.Train, coach and guide team leaders and teammates all along the rewards review process run.Monitor local legal rules applicable locally and make sure that process execution is compliant.As the starting line to your sportive career, you also get access to a global network of training, support, and mentorship across 61 countries.
