Title Transfer Specialist

**Mission**:Processes the transfer of titles from developer to unit owner in accordance with approved process, policies and guidelines to ensure timely release to unit owners**Duties**:1. Prepares necessary documents such as, but not limited to, DOAS, CAR, TTR, CTS, TOR, certifications and clearances from various agencies for transfer of ownership, from the developer to the unit owner.2. Prepare, processes and remits various taxes to the bank and government agencies such as, but not limited to, documentary stamp, transfer tax, registration fees and real property tax to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to titling.3. Maintains a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders and other staff members to develop a deeper understanding of business and resolution of all issues that may arise.**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift**Experience**:- TITLING: 2 years (preferred)
