**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Promoting products using different methods or tools.
- Negotiate contracts to make best use of profits.
- Being bridge between employer and potential clients.
- Demonstration of products.
- Providing customers satisfactions.
- Organizing of schedule for Sales visits with clients.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Create detailed proposals in line with customer requirements and demands.
- Maintaining good and proper sales and performance records.
- Participating on behalf of the company in trade exhibitions, conferences, etc.
- Helping in product development by suggesting client requirements.
- Negotiating or closing deals with clients and handling complains.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposal.
- Collaborate with the team.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Participating in regular meetings and is responsible for meeting the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Achieving sales targets.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in any related course.
- With at least 2 years Sales experience in Tires dealership industry.
- Strategic leadership ability.
- Computer literate
