**Payroll and timekeeping.
**Ensures accuracy of timekeeping data, and coordinates with HO P&C to ensure smooth timekeeping process.
- Reviews submitted timekeeping documents and checks the timesheet against the man-hour proof list to ensure that only valid transactions are included in timekeeping
- Ensures the completeness of timekeeping information prior final processing
- Ensures that the final timekeeping processing is conducted in a timely manner
- Ensures resolution to payroll-related inquiries.
Relays the results to the concerned employee and safe keeps documents for future reference or send to the Head Office whenever needed
- Monitors leave utilization of regular employees and releases advice on usage and remaining balances at the middle of the year.
- Applies knowledge of the Philippines laws on compensation and benefits and company pay policies and guidelines in payroll and timekeeping processing.
- Maintains records of all processes and people metrics for easy retrieval.
**People Systems.
**Providesassistance in the development and/or maintenance of the payroll system being used**.

- Accurately and timely entry and update of employee details, such as but not limited to, personal information updates, date hired, movement, transfer, and separation
- Timely updates wage details of affected employees in HRIS to ensure compliance to wage order
- Coordinates with People Ops BPs and service provider regarding the availability and maintenance of biometric machines
- Makes timekeeping updates and analyses with insights that will promote process improvement.
- Participates in the parallel tests conducted and provides applicable observation
- Provide needed information during development and/or maintenance of the system while ensuring the confidentiality of pay information
**Salary**: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
