Details of the offer

1.
Prepares timesheets for all personnel (whether hourly or monthly rated).
2.
Checks daily attendance based on:
a) Daily Time Record (DTR)-for hourly rated personnel
b) Daily Time Record (DAR)-for monthly rated personnel
3.
Checks and reviews time cards, overtime notices, leave applications, sick reports, etc.
against submitted FDTR'S and EDAR's.
4.
Conducts spot check of personnel presence as indicated in the FDTR's and EDAR'S.
5.
Posts into the timesheet allowed overtime hours based on approved overtime notices
6.
Posts applicable information into the timesheet, as per leave applications, absence without official leaves or official business per mission pass.
7.
Secures appropriate signatures as required in the timesheet.
8.
Acts as liaison between payroll and all departments concerned with reference to employee's inquiry as to their man-hours posted to the timesheet.
9.
Submits list of employees who are absent or tardy to personnel.
10.
Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards and regulations.
11.
Supports Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
12.
Adhere to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct and Corporate Governance.
13.
Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.
