Project Coordination: Oversee the entire video production process from start to finish, including setting timelines, resource allocation, and project tracking.5. Quality Control and Client Approval: Review and approve the work of the videographer/editor to maintain quality standards and align with the script and client expectations. Submit the final video to client brands for approval, gather feedback, and coordinate necessary revisions.6. Team Communication: Serve as the bridge between team members (videographer/editor) and clients, facilitating effective communication, gathering input, and managing feedback.7. Creative Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative techniques to enhance our content offerings.
