Job Description:
Searching potential live streamers and talented individuals on Tiktok and other social media sites
Ability to discuss with the live streamers/ talent the goal of the community or the agency
Invite and help to sign up Tik Tok the live streamers and talents using various social media channels
Guidance on the host live-streaming and interactions with the audience, and talent cultivation
Communicate with the host on the platform proactively, and help address issues and difficulties during live streaming and content creation after being onboarded
Monitor and discuss with the Host the Live duration, content creation, follower growth, and revenue
Work with upper management to develop the business strategy for improving the project.
Conducting training of team members and newly hired agents to maximize their potential in all aspects related to their duties
Capable of developing policies related to the project design, and other documentation similar to this matter
Ability to
handle live content planning, event promotion, follower maintenance, and crisis managementUpdate daily reports and communicate with the Management on the project's progress and status.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
Lead generation, sales, social media marketing, customer service, video editing, and modeling agency experience is preferred.
Excellent communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills, natural ability to nurture relationships, build trust and recognize boundaries
Social media savvy with an understanding of how to engage with influencers online
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills; excellent written and spoken English
Relevant experience in live streaming such as BigoLive is preferred
Tiktok exposure is a must.
Proactive, creative thinker and a self-starter ? can use own initiative and drive to make things happen
Tenacious and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment, highly skilled at project management, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities
