We are looking for a Tier II candidate that has great soft skills, driven to learn, research answers and act on the information found to solve issue. The Tier II support engineer will report into a regional manager or product lead.
What you'll do
Serve as the first point of contact for customer support, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Perform product installations and Application Security Platform™ implementations for clients, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
Collaborate with developers to replicate and resolve customer issues, providing detailed insights and solutions.
Support customer migrations, post-database refreshes, and go-lives, ensuring a smooth transition process.
Analyze logs and data to identify the root cause of issues, implementing effective solutions.
Make configuration changes to customer environments as required to resolve issues.
Develop reproducible test cases for developers to facilitate issue resolution.
Update product documentation and troubleshooting guides to enhance customer support resources.
Develop configuration pages for our products and test scripts to streamline customer interactions. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4 or more years of PeopleSoft experience.
1-3 years of experience writing new and/or troubleshooting existing SQL for a widely used relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase)
Ability to work with global team members and customers from diverse cultures.
Customer and team focused attitude.
Strong English and communication skills.
Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control.
Knowledge of basic cloud concepts.
Knowledge of Identity Management Solutions
