Job Summary Responsible for planning, designing and developing telephony communication networks and systems for residential and commercial subscribers. This may include configurations, support/troubleshooting and managing vendors and/or third-party carriers. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities Ensures project completion within budget, schedule and in accordance with requirements. Assists in the planning and development of the project scopes, procedures, budgets and overall project schedules. Works with customer divisions and departments to obtain services and project requirements to achieve customer needs. Monitors and controls contractual commitments to assure that all work is performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the subcontract. Ensures tasks are coordinated, schedules and budgets are maintained. Provides weekly reports to leadership team. Specific knowledge and application of process design and redesign skills. Extensive knowledge and application of program management skills. In-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies. Detailed knowledge of engineering concepts and skills and their application in the area of engineering specialty. Coordinates with LMC Engineering to accept circuits from third-party vendors. Assists LMC in meeting financial targets. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education: Bachelor's Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
