JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead/Senior Team Lead role
- Proficiency in cybersecurity and threat intelligence platforms
- Experience working with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise team members, ensuring on-time task delivery
- Identify and address process gaps, implementing innovative solutions
- Develop and optimize threat intelligence strategies and protocols
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security measures
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs to enhance team performance
