JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field2+ years of experience in a Team Lead/Senior Team Lead roleProficiency in cybersecurity and threat intelligence platformsExperience working with open-source intelligence (OSINT) toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration abilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and supervise team members, ensuring on-time task deliveryIdentify and address process gaps, implementing innovative solutionsDevelop and optimize threat intelligence strategies and protocolsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security measuresMonitor and analyze KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs to enhance team performance
