**The Logistics and Regulatory (FDA) Liaison** **Officer** is responsible for the shipping and forwarding requirements of the company ensuring that they arrive on the designated time without delay.
He/she is also responsible for the compliance for the required documentation of the regulatory body in relation to the shipments and business permits and other government requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Logistics Officer:
1.
Will handle the importation and exportation activities of the Company.
2.
Coordinates with the different government agencies in line with the importation and exportation requirements
3.
Processing of the Bill of Lading, Importation and Exportation documents.
4.
Computes for the importation and exportation related taxes.
5.
Track and monitor the progress of orders and deliveries.
6.
Understand planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems.
7.
Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock.
8.
Perform other logistics duties that may be assigned from time to time.
As the Regulatory Liason Officer:
1.
In-charge in the FDA registration (uploading).
2.
Prepares documents to comply with the requirements of the regulatory body.
3.
Checks and completes documents to match the requirements of the regulatory body.
4.
Checks necessary updates from regulatory body (i.e.
FDA, PDEA) and applies those updates in the registration process of the company.
5. Business Permit, BIR, FDA filing.
6.
Assist superiors to better manage day to day activities and assessing data and documents in relation to government regulations pertaining to the operations of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 - 2 years of proven working experience in the field of logistics and liaison related roles
- Knowledgeable with government regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail in inventory management, supply ordering, shipping and receiving, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to complete projects in timely manner
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment, handle pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Computer literate and with strong knowledge in MS Office software such as MS Word and MS Excel and other applicable office productivity tools to create necessary reports.
- Efficient and highly detail-oriented person with good organizational and management skills.
- Has the ability to perform multi task efficiently and effectively
- Experience of making complex logístical arrangements for deliveries
- Strong memory which allows for easy retention of item category designation, inventory numbers, and client contact information.
- Leadership skills that have been utilized in managing daily workflow, supporting fellow co-workers, and developing process improvement initiatives.
- Can work with mínimal supervision.
- Resourceful and trustworthy with professional attitude and demeanor.
- Ability to analyze data and create necessary reports.
- With good physical condition and amendable to travel for regulatory work related requirements, if necessary.
- Willing to be deployed in BGC Taguig City.
