The Fleet And Facilities Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

The Fleet and Facilities Admin Assistant will assist in the following areas:

Asset Management

· Maintains record of Company assets and ensures its accuracy

· Conducts asset tagging, inventory and monitoring of office supplies

Bills Payment

· Process payments of office and warehouse utilities/rentals and other related items like fleet cards, rfid, telecommunications/internet and other related billings/suppliers

· Monitors issuance of Company Phones, sim cards and load allowance

Permits Administration

· Assist in processing and updating of the following office related permits of the Company namely: Business Permit, SEC, BOC and Insurance

· Ensures that monthly Pest Control and Water Testing schedule are followed and other related concerns are followed


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
