Thai Conversion Specialist

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalismUnderstand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competitionContact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email  Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flowHelped customers/client to show their trade situation & market trendProvide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues Meet and/or exceed quotas Job Specifications:  Excellent customer service skills At least a year of work experience in the call center industryStrong conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Advanced organizational skills At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing/Online TradingProficient in both Thai and English languages.Highly self-motivatedWorking knowledge of CRM systems Strong verbal and written communication skills  Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas  Must have a high degree of professional ethics, and integrity and be a team player
