Tester

POSITION TITLE : TESTER JOB LEVEL : Rank-and-file
DEPARTMENT : Clinic Operations
JOB PURPOSE :
Reporting directly to the Clinic Head and/or Hearing Care Specialist, the Tester is responsible
for assisting in conducting hearing tests.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. BASIC DUTIES
1.1. Assists in selecting and administering tests to evaluate hearing or related disabilities.
1.2. Assists in administering basic hearing tests including air conduction, bone conduction,
or speech audiometry tests.
1.3. Assists in performing basic screening procedures such as pure tone screening,
otoacoustic screening, immittance screening, and screening of ear canal status using
an otoscope.
2. OTHERS.
2.1. Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: ? Graduate of medical-related courses
? Graduate in Audiology would be an advantage
