Test Manager (With Banking Experience)

Functions:
• Design and execute test plans on software applications and computer systems
• Record and document results and compare to expected results
• Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected
• Document issues and maintain them in an issues log
• Work with infra team to setup and operate test environments
• Work with development team to properly plan for code (and code fixes) migration against the progress of test activities

Qualifications:
With at least 3yrs experience in managing team of QA Testers.
Able to manage test resources based on the given testing schedule.
Monitor test activities ensuring that tasks are completed as scheduled.
Collect test result and prepare summary report of the progress.
Prepare test plan and lead creation of test cases and scripts to be used in the testing.
Familiar with the defect management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps among others.
Knows how to lead Daily Triage Meeting with the various stakeholders and analyze reported defects.
Represent Testing Team in the Daily Standup Meeting to provide what has been accomplished and planned action for the pending items.
