Test Manager - Onsite (Day Shift)

Key qualifications: 10+ years relevant experienceExperience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA etc.)Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologiesExperience in performance and security testingExperience in branch teller system is preferred but not required Key responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan, including timelines, resources, and methodologiesOversee the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and nonfunctional aspects of different IT projectsLead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the systemPrepare & present testing reports, incl test results and defect analysisOversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testingCollaborate with the SI vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specificationsRegularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
