Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in test planning and test design. (Non-negotiable)Must have supervisory/managerial role experience. (Non-negotiable)Exposed to different software testing methodology. (Non-negotiable)Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle. (Non-negotiable)Strong planning and organizational skills.Advanced written and verbal communication skills as a must. (Non-negotiable)Nice to have experience with banking applications or packaged applications. Job Description: Design and execute test plans on software applications and computer systemsRecord and document results and compare to expected resultsDetect software failures so that defects may be discovered and correctedDocument issues and maintain them in an issues logWork with infra team to setup and operate test environmentsWork with development team to properly plan for code (and code fixes) migration against the progress of test activitiesAnalyzes project requirementsPerforms a product risk assessment based on requirementsIdentifies and analyzes risksEstablishes test strategy and complex test approachPlans for staffing, capacity planning
