Ensure project compliance on Test Standards and Practice set by TSG. o Kick-Off/Process Roll-Out to Projects for on boarding under TSG Governance. o Conduct Governance Reviews on TSG Control Gates on the quality of Test Artefacts.
Provide guidance on Test Approach, Test Risk Assessment and Mitigation of
Project assigned Conduct Test Governance.
Help in Continuous Improvement of TSG Processes and implement accordingly
during TSG Governance reviews.
Assist the rest of TSG members in fulfilling TSG service
