Test Manager (Digital Banking Role)

Key qualifications:
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Must have experience in a TestManager role, managing testing for large-scale IT projects in the banking sector
• Must have experience in the Philippines market or Asia
• Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g., Karate, HPALM, JIRA, Microfocus, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience in non-functional testing (e.g., performance, availability, etc.)

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for implementation, including timelines, resources, and methodologies
• Drive the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the FI system
• Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
• Prepare & present testing reports, including Test results and defect analysis
• Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing
• Collaborate with the Software and System Integration vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding of system specifications
• Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
