Test Manager (Digital Banking Role)

Key qualifications: 10+ years relevant experienceMust have experience in a TestManager role, managing testing for large-scale IT projects in the banking sectorMust have experience in the Philippines market or AsiaExperience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g., Karate, HPALM, JIRA, Microfocus, etc.)Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologiesExperience in non-functional testing (e.g., performance, availability, etc.) Key responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for implementation, including timelines, resources, and methodologiesDrive the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the FI systemLead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the systemPrepare & present testing reports, including Test results and defect analysisOversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testingCollaborate with the Software and System Integration vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding of system specificationsRegularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
