Job Summary
In addition to the physical supervision, the role will be required to develop and implement a strategic method of communication to effectively serve the needs of all parties in connecting sales departments, admissions with students and agents, and will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering to ensure a successful enrolment process in order to best leverage joint international recruitment efforts.
This role is key in establishing, maintaining and monitoring a quality testing facilitation for both onshore and offshore students at set times.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
Student Management
Manage each student requirement collaboratively with international sales and TULC academic team
Accurately inform students of test instruction and to assist throughout the test of any general questions or technical difficulties
Conducting one on one speaking test at a time of convenience for students who experienced technical difficulties
Provide accurate information about the course and enrolment process or to connect them to other departments that can provide this information
Building rapport with students on the day to foster a comfortable environment
Communicating with students post test taking to inform them of their result if necessary and to connect them to the appropriate personnel to ensure smooth enrolment process
Administration Management
Management and coordination of test facilitation
Management of test booking spreadsheet, login spreadsheet and results spreadsheet
Communication with the academic team, agents, admissions team and sales team to ensure smooth operation for all parties
Informing the sales team of assessed test results
Follow up of students who did not show at the scheduled test times
Follow up with students whose tests require further assessment such as one on one speaking tests and retaking of tests due to technical issues
Manage regulatory and compliance requirements in coordination with Laureate's compliance team and TULC academic team
**In addition**:
Act in line with Torrens Global Education (TGE)'s Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures, and any relevant external legislative requirements
Maintain appropriate conduct at all times including acting in line with the TGE's Movement, Spirit and belief
Maintain TEQSA/ASQA standards
Maintain Standards for RTOs 2015 and the Higher Education Standards Framework
Qualifications And Requirements
EXPERIENC EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS E & QUALIFICATIONS
A strong language capability (Clear English) and understanding of needs for non English speaking students
A strong emphasis on customer service and sales initiatives
Keen eye for detail
Proactively identifies business needs and proposes value-adding solutions
Ability to effectively engage key statekholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and has committed to continuously strive for professional development
Advanced organisational skills and attention to detail
High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving ability and,
Strong adherence and acknowledgment of Policies and Procedures and industry requirements.
