Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country.
Our respective client is looking for a Territory Sales Supervisor who will oversee the daily sales operations of sales representatives that are assigned to a particular geographical area.
This role will be reporting to the Group Sales Manager, with onsite/field work set-up and is located in Antipolo/Malabon/Baquio/Tacloban Leyte.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
- Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g.
trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business-related course
- At least 5 years work experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry
- Willing to do field work
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
- Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
**Salary**: Up to Php65,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tacloban City, Leyte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Territory Sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
