-Responsible for delivering the sales and collection objectives of his assigned territory.
-Responsible for implementing sales and marketing programs to ensure product grounding and market share.
-Responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating sales and marketing programs and effectiveness to achieve both short- and long- term objectives
-Responsible for leading, organizing, and controlling the Market Development Representative (MDR/field technician)
-Maximizes profitability of the territory, by creating demand for all products with emphasis on Biologicals and Premier products
