The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and meet revenue targets for our roofing and construction services.
Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.Track and report on sales activities and performance.RequirementsAt least 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, roofing, or a related industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Willing to travel within assigned territory.Working LocationRizal Street, Rizal St, Sorsogon City, Sorsogon, Philippines
