Job Summary:
The Territorial Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated geographic area. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to close sales and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in (specific industry, if applicable).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
