Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is a prominent outsourcing company that specializes in providing exceptional customer service solutions. We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for Temporarily Work-At-Home positions (Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan
Rizal) . As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Document customer interactions and update customer records
Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Follow established guidelines and procedures for customer interactions

Requirements:

• At least HS/SHS graduates
• At least 6mos. BPO experience
• At least 2 hours away from MOA or San Lazaro site (& other sites of us within this area Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan
Rizal)
• Must have good English communication skills
• Must be Willing to work on holidays
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and extended working hours • Can start immediately
