Television Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION Diagnosing Issues: Find and fix problems with TVs and related equipment like DVD players.Repairing Equipment: Replace or repair broken parts.Testing and Adjusting: Check repaired TVs to make sure they work correctly.Customer Service: Talk to customers about what's wrong with their TVs, explain repair options, and give cost estimates.Documentation: Keep records of what repairs were done and which parts were used.Software Updates: Update software on smart TVs and other devices. JOB REQUIREMENT High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electronics is a plus but not requiredProven experience as a Television Technician or similar role.Strong technical skills with the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools effectively.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various physical positions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
