Telesales Representative

Details of the offer

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule appointments for product demonstrations or further discussions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning.

Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Passion for Sales and good marketing strategy for selling our Products and Services with good Communication skills, or related fields, Degree not needed.

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is not required for entry-level candidates.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

A high school diploma is required; additional education or relevant certifications are a bonus.
