Telesales Representative

Be a part of a dynamic team in the IT industry that has been continuously acting as one of the country's leaders in providing world-class software and hardware solutions, project management tools, quality services and CAD (Computer-Aided Design), BIM (Building Information Modelling), and Project Management education to various local and international companies across Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Manufacturing industries.
The Telesales (Entry Level) will be responsible contacting customers and generating new leads.
He/She will contribute to achieving the team's target monthly.
He/She will ensure to give quality service and information to existing and potentials customers/clients.
**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of all assigned products.
- Contacts potential clients and customers to generate sales.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information and interest to the products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Meeting lead generation/sales quotas.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 1 year experience as Telesales is an advantage.
**Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

- Skills in hunting leads and contact details of customers
- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking skills.
- Has passion in doing Sales.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
