Telesales Operator (Quezon City)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Initiate sales with existing HC customers over the phone
- Assisting the customer with their applications by gathering and documenting customer information, payment/disbursement method, purchases, and reactions to our product
- Providing good and quality customer service by listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales and ultimately contribute to the company's overall sales target

QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 6 months Sales experience (Face to Face or Telemarketing)
- Willing to work in Vertis North, Quezon City
- At least high school graduate
- 1 hour travel time
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills: (Tagalog & English)
- Must have basic computer skills
- Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable and assertive
