Telesales Executive - Onsite ( Mandaluyong Area )

We are currently looking an enthusiastic, committed and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in the Philippines.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals over the Phone or MS Teams.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate new leads.
• Qualify leads and assess their needs, interests, and buying potential through effective questioning and active listening.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings via MS Teams.
• Achieve sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the company.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM software.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background experience in BPO, experience in selling overseas
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone or through virtual communication channels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000 - Php23,000.00 per month
With very competitive commission
