Job Description for Telesales Consultant
1. Position Summary
The Telesales Consultant is responsible for outbound sales with a focus on telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and digital health technologies. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and achieving sales quotas by proactively contacting potential customers via phone calls and digital communications.
2. Key Responsibilities a. Outbound Calling: Initiate phone calls to potential clients, engaging them with the benefits of our digital health solutions. b. Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients over the phone. c. Sales Closure: Utilize advanced sales techniques to efficiently close deals, maintaining a high conversion rate. d. Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. e. Performance Tracking: Use Microsoft Office applications to meticulously record sales and prospecting activities, enabling effective performance analysis and strategic planning.
3. Required Qualifications
a) Demonstrable experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, or digital health technology.
b) Proven success as a Tele sales Consultant within the US market.
c) Consistent achievement of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
d) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
e) Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
f) Profound understanding of Business English.
4. Work Hours and Location
a) Work Hours: Standard work hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time.
b) Flexibility: The schedule may be adjusted to meet the evolving needs of the company.
c) Location: This position is remote, requiring availability during specified working hours.

e. Type of Employment: Full-time
