Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support
- Experienced in supporting Avaya and/or Cisco Unified communications handsets for office and call center environments
- Familiarity with skills-based routing in a call center environment
- Attention to detail at a very high level
- Good written and verbal communication skills including ability to present ideas or solutions to a variety of user levels
- Ability to analyze a situation and determine actions needed
- Solid technical aptitude

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
