Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Team Lead to join our client in Poipet, Cambodia. The successful candidate will lead and monitor a team of telemarketers, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. You will play a critical role in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting the overall success of our telemarketing operations through effective leadership and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and monitor a team of telemarketers to ensure daily, monthly, and yearly KPI targets are met.Conduct quality checks and ensure that the standard of work aligns with the company's expectations.Perform assessments, conduct performance reviews, capacity planning, and provide training to team members.Support HR with onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth integration into the team.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services and products.Proactively identify challenges faced by the team and propose effective solutions.Analyze telemarketing data to better understand trends and prepare insightful reports for management. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Telemarketing industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong data analysis skills to make informed decisions and reports.High attention to detail to ensure work is consistently at a high standard.Adaptability to changes in workflows, processes, and product features.Strong integrity and professionalism in both personal and professional settings. Skills & Competencies: Leadership skills to manage and motivate a telemarketing team.Ability to identify, think creatively, and build support for innovative and outside-the-box solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure team success and meet business objectives.Proficiency in performance management and KPI tracking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a multicultural team environment.Familiarity with the Cambodian market is a plus.
