Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive (Thai) to join our client in Poipet, Cambodia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing outbound sales calls, promoting products, and upselling services to customers, while maintaining strong relationships and consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to effectively communicate with customers in both English and Thai.

Key Responsibilities: Perform outbound sales calls to customers from existing databases, ensuring a strong conversion rate.Cold-call prospective clients, explaining and promoting our products and services.Upsell products by sharing relevant promotions or deals with customers.Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs as set by the company.Build rapport and maintain excellent relationships with customers.Follow prepared sales scripts to accurately convey product information, features, and benefits.Handle difficult clients with professionalism and continually refine sales techniques.Use persuasive language and techniques to promote products and services.Suggest innovative methods to promote company offerings, driving organic growth and increasing consumer reach. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or conducting sales calls.Demonstrated ability to engage in daily sales call activities with comfort and confidence.Proficiency in using computers, with a stable internet connection and a dedicated work laptop.Strong command of both English and Thai languages (spoken and written).Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards in all deliverables.Skilled in objection handling and creating innovative, unconventional solutions for customer needs. Skills & Competencies: Sales-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.Creative problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and drive sales.
