TELEMARKETER (TM)

 

Qualifications:
Male or Female

High School Graduate or With Undergraduate/Associate units in Business Ad/Commerce or equivalent (eg. TESDA or Vocational course/training certification)

Native of Cebu/Visayan province, fluent in speaking the local dialect and preferably proficient in English

Good communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills

Has at least one (1) year experience

with Telemarketing, Sales Customer Service or Call Center preferredWilling, interested and able to be trained to handle Telemarketing functions

Keen, meticulous, with sharp memory on details, especially with customers' contact information

Team-worker and has a positive disposition

Well-organized particularly in keeping an updated and complete directory of contacts

Persistent, patient especially in handling customer complaints and rejections
