Telemarketer / Sales Assistants

Details of the offer

Responsible for coordinating and supporting the company's training programs and initiatives.
This includes creating training schedules, tracking training outcomes, maintaining records, generating leads, marketing training opportunities, and handling inquiries about training programs.
JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates the training schedules, Track and create reports on the results of all trainings and maintain training records for the company.
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
- Coordinates with the Trainors regarding on the Training schedules
- Leads generation for possible attendees for the trainings
- Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
- Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house and Public training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
- Handles inquiries regarding Public and Inhouse Trainings


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
