Telemarketer Outbound Sales (International Account)

• Acquire new customers by cold calling, chat, email, and using various social media platforms.• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, understand the nature of businesses and marketing needs.• Effective management of CRM campaigns across multiple platforms.• Handle pre-sales and after sales transaction management Requirements:• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.• Excellent customer service skills and Communication skills.• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a typing speed of at least 60 WPM.• High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail.• Should possess good interpersonal skills and be comfortable speaking with a diverse range of clients.Work Schedule: 9AM – 6PM (US Time)Language: US EnglishLocation: Manila, Philippines
