Telemarketer

Job Summary: As Telemarketer, you will be handling our local nonlife motorcar insurance account by offering our serviced and provide overall customer service.

? Reach out to potential clients to offer both primary (motorcar insurance) and other insurance services (other lines, life insurance, and health insurance).

? Generate fresh leads through various methods like cold calling, social media sniping, referrals and networking.

? Explain policy options, terms & conditions, coverage, premiums, and options & terms of payment to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.

? Take ownership of clients' first payments and oversee the payment process from initiation to remittance by collaborating with cross-functional team like Accounting and Collections to resolve payment issues promptly.

? Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks for policy issuance timely and accurately.

? Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in Pegasus.

? Make it a point to achieve his/her set goal as defined and advised by the Company from time to time.

? Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional, relevant, and timely manner.

? Perform other related duties assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.
