Telemarketer

To encourage on-time renewal of the existing clients under Direct and Incubator
The Telemarketer is the first touchpoint to renewing clients and is responsible for influencing existing policyholders to renew the policy. Coordinates with external and internal agents.
*Contact external clients and Account Executives by telephone or email to solicit the renewal of policies
*Using scripts to provide information about policy and renewal concerns and pertinent questions to understand the client's requirements
*Answering incoming calls from clients
*Record client's concerns and requirements accurately in Telemarketer Monitoring Sheet and Endorsement Sheet
*Telephone or write email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales request to the Internal Department
