Details of the offer

Conduct outbound calls and chat interactions to engage potential customers and promote company products or services.
Follow telemarketing scripts to handle objections and deliver a clear and persuasive sales pitch.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve scripts, sales strategies, and overall performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Utilize call center technology and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar call center environment.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking style.
Strong work ethic with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
Proficiency in using basic software applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other call center technology.
Familiarity with telemarketing scripts and objection-handling techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
