Telecommunications Sales Representative

Summery :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of telecommunications products and services while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting mobile devices, internet plans, and other telecommunications solutions.
Educate customers about features, benefits, and pricing options, helping them make informed decisions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for devices and services.
Process sales transactions, including orders, upgrades, and service changes, accurately and efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive sales environment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.

Qualifications :

At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With or without experience in BPO
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work onsite
