Telecommunications Field Technical

Summery :
We are looking for a skilled Telecommunications Field Technical to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure telecommunications hardware and software, including routers, switches, and phones.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades on existing systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice and data services for customers and internal staff.
Perform tests and diagnostics on telecommunications equipment to identify faults.
Document installation processes, maintenance activities, and service calls for record-keeping.
Collaborate with team members and provide technical support for complex installations.
Stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With 7 months and up CCE in tech & sales
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to work onsite
